Our goal is to provide players with the comprehensive tools they need to excel in all aspects of cricket. Through personalized consultations and a structured curriculum, we focus on enhancing physical fitness, refining technical skills, and building mental resilience. Our program includes strength and conditioning, batting and bowling techniques, T20 skills, fielding, fitness, and essential nutrition and mental skills sessions. - Week 1 to 4 - Player initiated technical sessions. Players to led what they are working on.
- Week 5 to 8 - Tactical skills. Applying batting and bowling technical skills to match situations.
- Week 9 - Academy graduation.
- 1:1 Consultations with every player about their goals and overall game.
- Week 1 to 4 - Strength & Conditioning Introduction.
- Week 5 to 8 - Batting and bowling technique sessions.
- Week 9 - Mental skills session #1.
- Week 10 - Nutrition session.
- Week 1 to 4 - Continue with technical batting and bowling work.
- Week 5 to 6 - T20 skills training.
- Week 7 - Mental skills session #2.
- Week 8 to 9 - Fielding and fitness sessions.
