Group Training Sessions

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new cricket group training sessions! Designed to cater to different skill levels, these sessions provide personalized coaching to help young players sharpen their skills

Beginner (aged 7-12) : Mondays 5-6:30 pm. Maximum 8 students per class, 2 nets, 2 coaches. $200 for 5 weeks

Beginner (aged 7-10) : Mondays 5-6 pm. Maximum 8 students per class, 2 nets, 2 coaches. $200 for 5 weeks.

Week 1 – Batting basics; grip, stance, being able to hit the ball, hitting different directions, concept of the straight bat. Bowling; grip, release, straight arm, simple bowling action. Fielding; catching with correct hands.

Week 2 – Batting; front foot shots. Bowling; introduce run up / approach as well as follow through.

Week 3 – Consolidate.

Week 4 – Batting; Introduce back foot shots. Bowling; target practice, include different types of variations.

Week 5 – Batting; incorporate decision making, which shot to play and when to attack or defend. Bowling; bowling to batters.

Intermediate (aged 11-13 years) : Thursday 5-6:00 pm, maximum 8 students per class, 2 nets, 2 coaches. $200 for 5 weeks.

Week 1 – Front foot shots. Check grip and stance. Bowling; run up, alignment of action and follow through. Check grip and release.

Week 2 – Back foot shots. Technical bowling drills to ensure strong action.

Week 3 – Facing spin bowling. Consolidate bowling technique, introduce target practice.

Week 4 – Power hitting. Bowling variations

Week 5 – Scenarios. Putting skills into a match situations.

Advanced (aged 13-17 players) : Wednesday 5-6:30 pm, maximum 8 students per class, 2 nets, 2 coaches. $200 for 5 weeks.
